The Official Rules For the Stanley 40 oz. Quencher Tumbler Contest ~ Open to Greco Insider Email Subscribers only

The “Stanley 40 oz. Quencher Tumbler Contest “ is sponsored by Grinner’s Food  Systems Inc. (the “Sponsor”). The Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, may engage certain third parties to administer various aspects of the Contest on its behalf. In these Official Rules, the term “Sponsor” includes those third parties.

NOTE: No purchase of a Greco Pizza Food or Other Product is Required to Enter the Contest and making such a purchase will not increase or affect a Participant’s (defined below) chances of winning a Prize (defined below) in the Contest. Go to Rule 3 for information respecting how to enter without a purchase.

General Respecting Terms Used in These Official Rules: In these Official Rules, a person who is eligible to participate in the Contest is referred to as a “Participant”. The contest is open only to residents of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Ontario, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland and Labrador who are eligible to participate in the Game, as described in Rule 2 below. The period during which a Participant can enter the Contest is called the “Contest Period” and is defined in Rule 1 below.

1.      General Description of The Contest

To enter the contest, a Participant must enter online at greco.ca by entering the coupon code: Stanley at checkout and must be an email subscriber at time of entry and the draw date

The contest begins on February 1, 2024, and will end on February 29, at 11:59 pm Atlantic Standard Time (the “scheduled end date”).

a.      To enter the contest, the entrant must order online at greco.ca, be a Greco Pizza email subscriber and enter the coupon code: Stanley at checkout.

b.      Entrants may enter with any Greco Pizza online order during February 2024

OR

c.      Enter via the No Purchase necessary method as detailed in Rule 3 below.

Refer to Rule 4 for Prizes available to be won in the Contest and the chances of winning each prize.

2.      Who is Eligible to Enter the Contest

A.    Subject to the provisions of these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the restrictions on eligibility set out below, the Contest is open only to residents of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Ontario, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland and Labrador New Brunswick, Canada. Participants must be legal residents of said Province at the time of entry and at the time of the random drawing and awarding of the prizes set out in Rule 4. There is no age limit to enter the Contest, however, minors must have their guardian’s permission to enter before entry.

B.     Restrictions on Eligibility: Individuals Who are Not Eligible to Enter or Win the Contest: Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsors, Prize Provider or any of their respective parents, subsidiaries or affiliates, franchisees or their staff, or licensees or their staff, any and all other companies associated with the Contest, promotional or advertising agencies of the Sponsor and a household member of any of the individuals listed above, whether or not related or members of the immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling) of the individuals listed above are not eligible to enter.

3.      How To Enter:

There are two ways to enter the Contest:

a)      To enter, order at greco.ca and enter the coupon code: Stanley during checkout. Entrants must have an online account which includes their email address.

b)     Alternatively, a Participant can enter the Contest by mailing 100 word or more essay with your full legal name, email address, phone number and legal address in an outer envelope addressed and mailed to Grinner’s Food Systems, Attn: Stanley Quencher Greco Insider Contest, 105 Walker Street, Truro, NS, B2N 4B1. Each entry must be mailed in a separate outer envelope (i.e., only one (1) entry per outer envelope. To be entered the outer envelope must be received before February 29, 11:59 pm Atlantic Standard Time, 2024,  in the offices of Grinners Food Systems.

c)      Odds of winning a prize are based on the total number of entries received by 11:59 pm Atlantic Standard Time, February 29, 2024. One (1) eligible winner will be drawn randomly on March 4, 2024 and will be contacted via the email or phone number provided during entry on the same day. Eligible winners may be asked to answer a skill-testing question and they must answer the skill-testing question correctly, to be awarded the prize. If a potential winner of a Non-Food Prize is a Minor in their province/territory of residence, the applicable Prize will be awarded in the name of that winner’s parent/legal guardian who must sign the appropriate liability/publicity releases. The selected entrants must respond to the notifying email within twenty-four hours of receiving the email or the phone call, advising them their name was randomly drawn as an eligible winner. If after said time period, there is no reply from the eligible winner, Grinner’s Food Systems reserves the right to forfeit your eligibility and will conduct a new random draw and contact a new entrant.

d)     Each verified winner of this Prize will receive one prize as per Rule #4 below.

4.      The Prize

a.      There are 5 prizes available to be won.

b.      The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or otherwise.

c.      The prize is a Stanley QUENCHER H2.0 FLOWSTATE™ TUMBLER, 40 oz (1.18L)

d.      The prize will be shipped to the winner(s) address at no cost to them

e.      Odds of winning a prize are based on the total number of entries received by 11:59 pm Atlantic Standard Time, February 29, 2029

f.       No cash value, prize must be accepted as-is.

5.      Awarding of Prize(s)

Five (5) random draws from all entrants will be made in Truro, Nova Scotia on March 4, 2024, from all eligible entries received by the Contest Closing Time/Date on February 29, 2024 pm ADT/AST.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees their first name and initial of their last name may be used to publicize the winners on social media and/or via email marketing or any other form of communication or advertising the Sponsor determines.

6.      All entries become the property of the Sponsor which assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or any failure of the website during the promotional period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received by Grinner’s Food Systems Inc on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion. Grinner’s Food Systems reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor corrupt the security or proper administration of the contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered, or tampered with in any way. Entrants agree to abide by the Contest Rules and the decisions of the independent judging panel, which are final.
